Head honcho Danny’s the man with the plan, and is always on the lookout for the next great trail or up and coming rider.
Jimmer – Art editor
Fast-talking trail dwarf Jamer goes flat out to wreck downhill and XC products so you chaps don’t have to. When he’s not riding, he’s surfing or snowboarding, and can’t sit still for more than five minutes.
Nick - Deputy art editor
Despite being a relatively new-boy at the mag, Nick ‘Coxy’ Cox, is a dyed in the wool trail-slayer and scales even the steepest of climbs with his mighty ham-like calves
Kim - Operations editor
Kim’s ultra efficient, chasing up all the words and pictures we need for each issue and knocking them into shape. After work you’ll find her playing in her awesome band El Wristo. Shameless plug over…
Weavs – Technical editor
Weaver’s been racing downhill half his life and spends his spare time punishing new bikes and products. He’s Mr Fully Committed. That’s why he crashes so big.
Doddy – Features editor
Doddy’s been munching through kit for 18 years and mashes bikes up hill and down dale in the name of testing. He’ll travel any distance to find a great ride, even if that means heading over the water to Canada. Poor thing.
Ric is a committed DH and trail rider tackling everything from XC enduros to the Mega along the way. He’s guaranteed to be the muddiest at the end of the ride and bloody loves a corner.
Max Darkins – route guide expert
Max is a XC rider who likes nothing better than travelling the country in search of the best trails. If he’s not out riding or organising MTB events he’s scouring maps and finding new places to ride. Max is also the man behind www.roughrideguide.co.uk.

Hi All,
My name is Lee Williams, I race at the top end of the Elite XC. I’ve just been invited to race the Hadleigh International Olympic Test Event on July 31st and was wondering wether or not you would like me to write an article for your mag…kind of a ‘Riders View’ so to speak…? Like I said…its an invertational only event and only a select few Brits will be racing. Pretty much every country in the World are sending riders to this event and will be as close to the Olympic Games your going to get besides the Olympics themselves! Its also the every first of any Olympic sport to hold a test event before the London 2012 Games so its a real big deal!
Anyways If this sounds cool or want to know anymore details, please be in touch, if not, then keep making a great mag and I’m sure I’ll have another reason to nag you in the future!
