Should I call the doctor?

A colleague has suggested a reading of 120 systolic over 90 diastolic as an upper limit – does this mean I’m about to have a heart attack?
Or that I should simply stop drinking dozens of sweet cups of coffee out of the evil free vending machine near to my desk?
We’re not sure why Omron has sent us and entire boxful of these wrist-mounted blood pressure monitors, but I’ve put one on, the instructions are in German, and now I’m worried…
Maybe I should do some research, go out for a lunchtime ride (and stop drinking the coffee).
