Issue 270 of Cycling Plus out NOW!

| Blog, Cycling Plus | 11/12/2012 11:39am

The January issue of Cycling Plus brings you all the usual goodness that you’ve come to expect from Britain’s biggest cycling magazine.

This includes a test of six of the best ‘cross style commuter bikes, first looks at the new rides from Specialized, Time, Tokyo Fixed, Trek and Lapierre, the hottest premium priced bikes on offer in 2013 plus a bag test to help you decide how to carry your gear.

Read about adventurous cycling in Thailand, what it’s like to be a directeur sportif and how to ride rough on The Ridgeway.

As well as all this we take a look at 50 years of Moulton bikes. We visited the Moulton estate in Bradford-on-Avon for a look behind the scenes of this well-loved small-wheeled bicycle makers. Although the feature was written before the sad death of Dr Alex Moulton aged 92, the pioneering mind behind the brand, we feel this is a fitting tribute to the remarkable work he did.

Cycling Plus issue 270 is available now from all good newsagents and supermarkets and on Zinio. If you’d prefer to read Cycling Plus on your Apple iPad or iPhone then our Newsstand issue has added features – interactive navigation and bonus video!
