Maybe it’s all the English flags hanging out of Citroen Picassos or the over-priced, poorly poured Bath Guinness that’s done it, I’m not sure. But whatever it is, I’ve had a notion to head back to Ireland to tackle a lesser-known gem.
Esher Shore in deepest poshest Surrey was the latest stop on the Wrecking Crew’s schedule last Thursday.
If you’ve ever tried pulling any kind of stunt on a fixie, or a road bike, you’ll know it’s damn hard.
So just get a load of Martyn Ashton. He hopped onto a carbon road bike and managed to nail a backflip on the thing!
